Intellect is a domain that has a perceptual aspect and one of knowledge itself. It is an entity that is both subjective and objective. It is in a domain where there is a world of ideas which descend into our realm but all along comprehending those levels.

This is a continuation of the conversation from our last lesson regarding destiny and free will. Specifically, we are focusing on the levels of the people of unveiling, or the people who experience "kashf." The one who realizes the Truth is that "completed one," for whom the reality of things as they are become manifest and apparent and unveiled. This spiritual insight becomes possible for a person who has reached the level of the Divine unveiling and who through the eye of mystical seeing, witnesses that the Reality of all things is the "Haqq," the True Reality.

2/7/16 The Heart is an Astrolabe There is a scale of domains in the Sufi way of seeing things. There is not just this world but there are other worlds and they have qualities. All of these worlds can be navigated by using the stars and there is an instrument for navigating called the astrolabe. The astrolabe is none other than the heart that was given to the person so they can navigate through the stars of the different domains.

1/24/16 Becoming A Qur'an Is there some other way that God is referring to this idea of His signs? In Sufism this is a very important idea. We know that the Qur'an has different meanings. There is a sacred origin of the book and it is comprehensive. The Sufi's have said that world is Qur'an and the human being is Qur'an.
